We prepare every DEIM order with care and currently deliver within the European Union.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 2–14 business days. This is the time until the parcel reaches the customer and may depend on the selected product, availability and destination.
Shipping costs
EU shipping costs €5.99. Shipping is free when the order total after discounts is at least €99.
Where your order is sent from
Depending on availability, your order may be dispatched from DEIM’s Dutch stock or directly by a carefully selected supplier. DEIM remains your seller and point of contact in both cases.
Taxes and import costs
All displayed prices include VAT. Any applicable import duties and customs-clearance costs are included; you will not be asked to pay anything extra to the carrier on delivery.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information when your parcel leaves us. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Delivery details and delays
Please check your name, address and contact details before completing checkout. DEIM cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing. Carrier delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us with your order number.
